It's a family product, sourced from our own olive trees in the Sierra de Segura, southern Spain. The olives were carefully harvested by our cousin Pedro Jose in his mother's orchardmy aunt Valeriananear our father's birthplace, Prados de Armijo. These olive trees grow without irrigation, nourished by rainwater and sunlight, deeply rooted in pure nature. Only
